Alcohol has been around human society for a long time now and even though a lot of people do, it can have a big effect on your body. Once alcohol is consumed it goes through your digestive system and then through your blood stream and right to the brain. When alcohol goes to your brain it eats at your brain cells and then it depresses your nervous system which can cause many problems. One effect That occurs of this is that this causes permeant damages to your body or cause of death. Your nerves system is so fragile that it can really affect how your brain send signals trough the body. Another effect to this cause is that it can cause loss of brain cells. This can cause future problems that can really affect you. As an article says, “alcohol damages the brain in other ways, for instance, by damaging the ends of neurons. This can make it difficult for those neurons to send important nerve signals.” The biggest thing this cause effects is that it is an addictive drug. Once you start drinking it becomes more of a habit that is extremely hard to get rid of and can cause you to drink more and mess up your nervous system even more. Alcohol can cause many damages to your body all around and you can get really addicted to it. Anything in our brains is fantails to live and us damaging our brains can cause so many problems.
