Alibaba is considered a bureaucracy organization. The structure is used at Alibaba with five companies that are given the authority to operate in local markets. The cofounder Jack Ma, executive Xie and Ma are the largest shareholders in the company. Local companies are employed in the formation of a variable interest for a major corporation and in the evaluation of the company's progress in various markets. The positions of employees in Alibaba are organized in a hierarchy of authority. Alibaba’s structure separates the many divisions into sub-units, each led by a department head. Daniel Zhang is currently the CEO of Alibaba Group. His responsibility is to lead these departments. The branch manager, who is the branch's overall decision maker, is responsible for the department heads. In addition, the management team of companies in other countries separate with ownership. For example, Jack Ma hires many employees in the management of Alibaba and Lazada which is in Malaysia. Lazada in Malaysia which lead by Chun Li and her management team. When compared to traditional management systems, the split of an organization's management into smaller sectors helps in the achievement of more competent work. [ CITATION Ali21 \l 1033 ] Market trends in the many locations where Alibaba has opened branches exhibit various systems and approaches that are sensitive to the business's operation and management of various departments inside the company. The way jobs are divided among employees and the leadership system, and the coordination of various jobs and the person who will make decisions in the company. Alibaba's work division is based on a horizontal system, with employees reporting to the managers in their respective departments. As a result, communication is either from management to employees or from employees to managers. On the other hand, the channel is that employees convey information to department heads, who then inform the manager. The same channel is followed when the decision is made. Other than that, the company also implement the 3C strategy in managing the global environment. In order to make communication in all operations smoothly in other countries, Alibaba and Lazada created a communication channel. Companies can combine all alternative ideas through communication channel when facing the problems in the organization. Besides, Alibaba has more focus on the culture of

openness, humility, and equality. The corporation has a significant impact on China's economy and business, as well as the rest of the world. However, that is both a privilege and a responsibility. So, company keep a careful eye on the culture here, and even rank staff based on how well they live up to the values of customer first, teamwork, embracing change, integrity, passion, and devotion in their performance appraisals.
