Amazon corporation provides various kinds of services which are listed in the following: 

Delivery Services: There are two kinds of Amazon warehouses, one is fulfilment centre and another is delivery station. In the Fulfilment centre, all the products which are ordered by the customers are packed by the associates working there and then they are shipped to the Delivery Stations. In these Delivery Stations, there is an Amazon logistics program where all the packages are sorted and then they are delivered to customers. There are near about 30,000 delivery vans, which are contracted to the other small companies. Amazon also has flex contractors in which people use their own vehicles to deliver the products.



Amazon Prime: It is a kind of membership program which was created in 2005. In this, there is monthly and annual membership fee in which there is an instant streaming of latest movies and TV shows. After having a good income, Amazon started Prime music, in which people can get assess to unlimited music of different kind without having adds.



Amazon Home Services: This service was started on a huge demand in march 2015. The main aim of this service was to provide a platform for the homeowners to find the skilled services for example, plumbing, installation of audio or visual, electrical services and lawn services. The reviews of skilled workers are verified to satisfy the customers.



Consumer Electronics: There is a kindle, which is launched by Amazon in November 2007. It is an e-reader which uses the wireless connection and download the content over Whispernet. To save the battery life, there is the use of

E link technology which gives a more readable display. And there are near about 2.7 million books which are available on the kindle store for purchase. 

Amazon Drive: Usually, it is known as Cloud Drive. It is like a cloud storage which gives a secure cloud storage, file sharing and photo printing. The users can use the multiple devices such as tablets, mobiles, laptops and web browsers also to transfer and manage their files and folders. There is a benefit of the prime users that they can use this service free of cost. They can store their photos in their original sizes together with raw files.

Goals and Objectives of Amazon corporation The main aim of amazon is to provide help to the consumers through the help of internet and technology, so that they can find, discover or buy anything online. Their target is to satisfy the needs of the consumers and gaining their trust which will help their company to grow more. Amazon try to offer their customers to purchase anything for the lowest prices as compared to purchasing in a store. They promise to deliver their products on time. The following two characteristics are included in it: 1. Lowest prices: This is a selling point of the company which attracts the consumers. A related strategic goal is to reduce the operating costs so that the company can lower the prices. Due to the cost inflation on various kind of products in the market, amazon provides a platform for the customers to get the same products on cheapest rates.

2. Best selection: There is the wide range of products on the amazon’s official website and again this attracts the customers. The amazon only aims to provide the best quality products so that they may not get any complaint from the customers. All the products are original and tested from their manufacturers. The amazon wants to become the best e-commerce company in the world where people can find and come across anything according to their choices. Not only in the delivery services, the company wants to reach globally in its all services, whether it is Amazon Prime, Amazon Home services or Electronic services. The company wants to be on top and to defeat the other same service providers. So, the amazon always tries to improve their services by checking the reviews of the people and making the appropriate changes.
