Student Name and Number, Street, December 9, 2020. Dr. Name, Dean Faculty of Name, Faculty of Name Dear Dr. Name, Re: Appeal Letter to Plagiarism in my Course Work I am writing this letter to appeal the plagiarism claim in the report submitted by my professor for BUS 735 course work. I do not accept the claim for plagiarism as indicated because I did borrow ideas from the journal article as I was writing the section in my paper on effects of technological changes upon organizational networks. I do not accept the claim of plagiarism as indicated by my professor because I wrote the whole paper from scratch while referring to ideas from various academic sources to generate the concepts. I failed to appropriately cite the ideas used in the section of technological changes but I did not do this with an intention to plagiarize the academic source within my paper. I am indeed assuring the university that I am a person who is serious with my education as I have portrayed from the past and I abide by the integrity expected within the education system of the university. I understand the policy by the university about plagiarism and I always put in more effort to create my own original piece of work. I promise to be much more cautious in future while writing my work so that I do not miss any paragraph to cite all the ideas borrowed from other academic sources while incorporating them within my work. I kindly look forward for your response. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Sincerely,
