Ans. 1.Trigger and Benefits of WPE system The WPE system is a great opportunity to provide professional catering at weddings, conferences, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and parties where people can enjoy special food and drink experience. WPE has become a famous business that connects customers and caterer on a single platform. WPE going to develop a new system to meet caterer and customer requirements. But it is essential for the growth of the business that the system must be able to compete with competitors by the quality of the service. WPE system management must ensure to customers and caters to the privacy of their sensitive information because verified caterers need to provide ABN. The WPE system has two sides, one is caterers that can register on the system by proving business name, detailed description, services, location, and contact link. The other side is customers that can get a quote by sending requirements through an online form.

The WPE would bring the number of benefits: 1. Simple Catering Process: The system makes the catering process simple. When customers book entire catering from professionals then they do not need to worry about anything because the customer already gives menu for the dishes and drinks according to the requirements and within the budget. 2. Time saver process: In this busy life no one has time to look after the menu in their family functions but when they get service from WPE then the customer has a professional team to serve the guests. 3. Cost-effective: It would become a long-time running business that gives financial benefits to the owner. The software process is allowed to analyze every financial area so management can completely identify the risks and some areas that need to be improved. 4. WPE is online software that is a great idea to grow business everywhere. It just selects best caterers from all around the world and provides them, customers, through an online application form. In this technological world use of the papers for catering service is not a great idea for a successful business. 5. Better customer experience: It makes a remarkable experience for both customers and caterer. WPE build a strong relationship between customer and caterer. A caterer can give a proposal and provide the best service by knowing specific allergies having the right amount of food. 6. Data Storage: A software can save data for the long term. Valuable feedback from customers becomes a rememberable moment and also inspires more clients. It will discover new insights into the business.

Ans. 2. Stakeholders Stakeholders are responsible for success or failure in the organization, who can be affected by an organization’s actions, objectives, and policies. The main stakeholders in the WPE system are caterer owners, employees of caterers, employees of WPE customer service, Edison Guacamole, Paypal and customer. A detailed description of the stakeholders in the following: 1. Caterer Owners: The caterers are the main part of the WPE system. The main role of caterer is to find new customers and compete with the other caterers. For using the WPE systems caterers need to pay some amount of fee. The caterer makes the payment to buy credits. These credits are used to prepare quotes for customers. The higher the credit, the higher the quote can be. This means that high credit owner caterers can quote for big events. 2. Customer: The customers are the main stakeholder, who hire caterers for an event and also the main income source of the system. Customers can use the WPE system without paying any fee. The customer can send e requests by an online form. The form includes all the information about the menu, the number of guests, type of food, budget, required services, and venue. The customer can choose the caterer from responding. The time limit is 48 hours after that request will be automatically deleted. Customers can hire caterer according to requirements and budget. 3. Employees of caterers: The customer uploads their requirements on the WPE system and employees of caterers interested to offer the catering service through WPE system. The are ready to response written requests to avoid any miscommunication between them and customers. 4. Edison Guacamole: To reduce the workload Edison invested in the WPE system, as result of it his staff working manually to make his business reliable and efficient. The operation in the whole system working well that is beneficial for both customer and caterer 5. Employees of WPE customer service: Employees have less workload because they sorting it manually. To manage the customer service operation of payments is working successfully. 6. PayPal: It is a investment system that working as they get a cut of the transactions that go through WPE. It is big advantage of the system functionality

Ans. 3. (a) Functional requirements: 1. Registration: To enter into the WPE system caterer must register first himself. The requirements for registration are business name, description, service type, location, link to their website, email for the contact. 2. Verification of the caterers: If a caterer is verified then he/she can offer services to customers. Caterers verified by ABN that they can provide, business name, logo, proof of public liability. 3. Create an account by a customer: The customer account is created when they submit their first job request. Once the request submitted for the catering job by the customer WPE system matches the request with catering services that are registered. Pick three best caterers that meet the customer’s requirements and notified to the customer by an email for the quote. 4. A detailed quote: Caterer responds to the customer with a detailed description of the quote and gives an option to include cost estimation and any further required information or any comments. All information filled on an online form filled by the caterer and send to the customer by the WPE system. 5. Job finalization: customer received the information provided by the caterer and then they can discuss the job directly with each other through email or over the phone to get a final decision. customer select job and other caterers notified about customer’s final decision. 6. Credits: Caterers can buy credits using PayPal. Credits can be used to get quotes. Caterers informed by the system when they finished their credits. 7. Reviews: Customer can submit review about the service but if they did not use the service they can’t send review. System also creates the summary reports for the owner and create revenue report that divided according to the system working in the city

Non-functional requirements:

1. Performance: The system needs to be reliable. For example, if the request is not submitted then must send an error message to the sender. Also, web pages are loaded in some seconds because time matters a lot. 2. Safety: All data must be backed up and up-to-date. All information must be in detail. Sensitive information must be not shared with anyone at any cost. The restricted privacy policy is a key point for any system. 3. Security: The system must be secure and accessible for authorized users. Customers' and caterers' details must be safe and secure. 4. Reliability: System must be reliable and available 24/7. 5. Usability: System must be support every device either mobile app or desktop. Easy to read user interface and able to work on variety of devices.
