Create a Gantt Chart based on the given case study. A wedding ceremony of your elder sister will be held in August 2021. Your family has discussed handling the ceremony altogether without hire a consultant. Your sister has assigned the task for you to be a Wedding Planner for her wedding. This project will be working based on three phases: Venue Setup, Food & Beverages Preparation, Groom Preparation, Solemnization and Sanding Setup, and Wedding Souvenir. These all phrases must be used as summary tasks for the subtasks. You may use the following table to guide you. The project start date is determined as of Monday, 3rd May 2021. Schedule the project from the project start date Precedence is the classical finish-to-start except for task no 8. All activities are of fixed duration and to be scheduled as soon as possible. Non-working time for this project are: 13 & 14 May 2021 (Hari Raya Aidil Fitri) 20 July 2021 (Hari Raya Aidil Adha) 6. Your milestone should be marked as THE WEDDING. 7. You need to print out your Gantt Chart with the following criteria as following: o Change the View of Gant Chart to the Entire Project o Insert the name, your matrix number into the footer of the page o Insert the name of the project on top of the header as Assignment 1: Project Management. 8. You also need to produce a report and view of: o Overallocated resources o Resource Sheet
