General Side effects/Interactions/Drug alerts for drug class: Complications: Dizziness, nausea, headache, lightheadness, agitation. Constipation. Suicidal ideation report immediately to provider. Contraindications: Pregnancy Rosl B. Not recemmend for breastfeeding. Use cautiously in older adult and who have liver and/or renal dysfunction. Contraindicated for concurrent use with MAOI or for 14 days after MAOIs are discontinued, hypertensive crisis can result.
