welcome Welcome and thank you for signing up! I’m glad you’re here and I’m proud of you for beginning this powerful and fun experience to set you up for 2020 and beyond; the #BestDecadeEver! If you spent the last decade feeling frustrated, or unfulfilled, or lacking motivation, or feeling like you are missing out on your purpose but have no idea where to start, then this experience is for you. For the next month, I’m going to teach you how to dream. No, not like the kind of dreaming you do in your sleep. The big, huge, out of this world, you’ve-got-to-be-crazy-for-thinking-you-can-do-it kind of dreaming. And then, I’m going to teach you how to go from dreaming to doing. So, why am I calling it the Best Decade Ever instead of the Best Year Ever? Simple. Your dreams are bigger than that. Your dreams don’t come true over the course of a week, or a month, or even a year, but over the course of a decade. Here’s how the experience works. You get: •

This workbook, or as we’re calling it, the Dream Book to build the habit of dreaming big.

Daily Content every week day that goes deeper into the tools, tricks, brain hacks, and motivation to help you go from dreaming to doing.

Exclusive Toolkit Downloads every week that sharpen the skills you’ll need to turn your resolutions into resolve and learn the small habits that you can use every day to get back on track over the course of the next decade.

LIVE question and answer sessions.

w h at yo u n e e d t o k n o w what is the best decade ever experience? This is a simple, free program to help you dream bigger and give you the tools and science-backed habits to make those dreams happen.

what are my first steps? • Make sure you add [email protected] to your contacts so your assignments and content can be delivered. If you’re not sure how to do that, a quick online search will show you how. • Simple. Just print out this guide. If that’s not your style, you can follow along in a journal. It’s up to you!

How does this work? • This is a month-long experience that you can start at any time. • You’ll build the practice of dreaming by writing down your top five biggest dreams everyday, right here in the dreambook. You’ll find out why on Day 1! •

Each week you’ll get an assignment that sets the theme for the week. Every weekday (Monday-Friday), we’ll be giving you the tools you need to move forward that fit within that theme. After that, it’s up to you to get it done.

What if I have a question? If you have any other questions, make sure to tune in on Friday’s to our LIVE Q&A session. You can ask me questions on social media, or if you’re in the US or Canada, you can text me and my team on my Community number at (617)-284-0725.

week one @MELROBBINS

#DREAMBIGGER 11

(617) 284-0725

week one overview “I don’t even know how to dream.” “They’ll never come true, so what’s the point of dreaming?” “I’m too old to dream.” “It’s too late.” How many times have you said something like that to yourself? Even more than once is way too many. This week, I’m going to be teaching you HOW to dream, why it’s important, and give you the tools to get rid of some of those mental roadblocks. Don’t worry if you have no idea where to start. That’s okay! You’re not alone. We’re in this together.

assignment Your assignment for this week is simple. Every day, use the pages in this Dream Book to start writing down the five things you’re dreaming about. If you need a little encouragement, watch the video I sent you where I’m sharing my big dreams too. It’s okay if this changes over time—that’s actually a good thing! Just be honest with yourself.

week two @MELROBBINS

#DREAMBIGGER 18

(617) 284-0725

week two overview Now, I’m going to say something that might not make a whole lot of sense, but bear with me: You have to think small to dream big. Why? That’s what this week is all about. You’re going to go from dreaming to doing, and I promise it’s not as intimidating as it sounds.

assignment Your assignment for this week is to simply start exploring your dreams. This week, I’ll be sending a bunch of tools that will help you find a place to start—and some of them you can even do right from your couch! So block out some time, just 15-30 minutes is enough. Don’t forget to keep writing down your dreams!

week three

@MELROBBINS

#DREAMBIGGER 26

(617) 284-0725

week three overview There’s a common saying that you’re the average of the five people closest to you. It’s true. The same is true for your dreams. The people you’re hanging out with have a HUGE impact on making them come true. This week, I’m going to give you the tools to find your “Circle Of 5.” It’s okay if you don’t know them yet. You’re also going to learn to set boundaries with the people in your life who make it harder to work on your dreams.

assignment This week, take an audit of your close relationships. This includes friends, families, partners— everyone. After you spend time with them, do you feel energized, or depleted?
