You should really just try to be creative and do your best with anything you have at home! *DISCLAIMER* - If you do not have these materials and cannot come up with something else, you may, as an alternative, download the 3D Brain APP from your app store and take 3 screenshots of different brain regions that you investigated in the app and submit them via CU Learn. For this bonus activity, you have the option to either create a model of the brain, or a spinal cord! The easiest method for the brain model is to use playdoh, and for the spinal cord, you can use egg cartons and candy! To get the most out of this activity, try to think about what you’re building. Can you apply directional terminology to your 3D model? Do you understand the functions of the structures you’re putting together? STEP 1 Make the model STEP 2 Take a photo of the model Step 3 Submit the photo to CU Learn Step 4 *Optional* Once you’ve created your masterpiece, share a photo of your masterpiece on Instagram and make sure to tag @neur1202 so we can share it to our page.
