Customer engaging defines how a brand has been in people minds for a long time. It has been a practice or a new strategy which makes the company have promotion towards their product. Active engagement results to positive customer feedback. One of the examples is Burger king has a promotion wherein customers who had purchased their product can answer a survey to have free fries. The receipt of their order will then have a link to their survey which their customer has to fill in then a code will show after they finish the survey, the customer will then present it to the cashier and they will now have free fries. Some companies use social media like Colourette, a new lipstick line brand wherein the owner seeks tiktoks wherein people promotes her products, she will then send that customer some samples of their new releases. Companies also use promotion wherein they provide raffles or rebates. Gcash offers customers wherein once they purchase load from the app they will have a confirmation message with a link to a site where in they can win some extra load. Smart offers also a raffles tickets wherein customers loads up to their app and win raffle tickets. Smand robinson gives loyalty carads to customer so when they shop they will have points to redeem items. In conclusion, companies get active engagement wherein people use their porudct then customers get tp have some free freebies. Customer engagement plays a huge role ina company success. 2. Brand positioning takes a great step towards a business success, and between brands, and it determines where that brand is in the industry. McDonalds and Jollibee have been in the country for years and they have established a good number of customers. We can say that Jollibee has the stronger brand position since it captured the filipino tase and we can say that Jollibee has been the hearts of Filipino kids. Because the taste of their menu suits the taste of the Filipinos and also they offer cheaper prices compared to fast food chains

In conclusion Jollibee had the impact of having the unique taste of fast foods. Considering that brand positioning can play a critical role for business when it comes to theor popularity. 3. A brand can be considered in the top of the mind and mindshare if a person thinks of a category then a brand comes up to his or her mind. Some brand names are used to specify the category. Business having opportunities in the right time and place can be really tricky and sometimes businesses hits the right time. For example her friend wants to purchase a phone and her friend is fond of photography, She suggests apple since Apple is known for its quality and for its camera features. Another example would be a group of friends wanted to have coffee date and at the same time do some groupwork, the first thing that comes up with their minds is Starbucks since Starbucks is popular among students and also by their brand. A good example of having the right time and place would be, businesses who started some tendy cakes like money pulling cakes or themed cakes, since people nowadays are starting to be creative in all things and sees some trending creations on social media which businesses takes this opportunity to create some products that will hit that market. All in all, businesses that are considered as the top of the mind and having mindshare, is considered so successful since they have created a strong image to their brand. The same thing with business who started at the right time and place, they started really great and grows out their brand image....
