The company currently has 25 employees including CEO, HR manager, Sales Manager, Production manager and Marketing manager. In order to gain large market share, currently MacVille`s plan to expand its market into Sydney and also other parts of Australia through strategic alliance with Java Estate who is a coffee bean providers in NSW market.

VISION In next 5 years, MacVille`s will be a national brand, trying new ideas to improve our business and giving an integral, innovated and effective service to the hospitality establishments. We will develop new areas to improve our service. We will constantly improve our business to raise our standards and become the best espresso coffee machine provider in Australia.

MISSION MacVille`s is a coffee machines (espresso) provider which meet quality standards, simplifying and improving our business. It will increase our profits, giving best customer service throughout effective customer solutions and helping our stakeholders and community to growth with us. We will do strategic alliances and partnerships to growth our business. Finally, we will donate 1% of our profit to our neighbourhood and non-profit organizations.

Finally, our new vision and mission will support the organization values because in five years we will be the best espresso coffee machine provider.
