the purpose and content of a contingency plan.
An operational plan outlines the activities and targets which the organisation will carry out in order to towards achieving the aims and objectives set out in the strategic plan. It provides the framework for an organisation’s day-to-day operations. The purpose of any contingency plan is to allow an organisation to return to its daily operations as quickly as possible after an unforeseen event. 2.
Explain the difference between an operational plan modelled on the organisation as a whole and one that has been modelled to suit a specific organisational goal or department. The difference between an operational plan based on the entire organization and one based on individual departments is that the operational plan will be a project for the entire company, with all departments included. The operational plan for a small team of the team to operate their work that had been provided to them is for them to operate their work that had been provided to them if it has been modelled to suit a certain organisational aim or department.
