Chapter 4  - Reading   Reflection  A subject that I want to touch upon   is when   the main protagonist mentions the essentials  of leadership. (Kouzes/Posner 68)  1. Imagine the possibilities  2. Find a common purpose Though those elements are very essential in the aspect of leadership, it is still important to remember   within   those   possibilities   are   the   aspects   and   potential   for   failure   and   to   build   off  these failures   and   to   respond   by   improving one’s   self   and   also,   in   the   aspect   of   a  “common  purpose” as a leader, it has to be understood that individuals will have slightly different agendas and reasons for accomplishing that goal, so those particular aspects must be understood and respected but again, at the end of the day, the main responsibility is to accomplish the task at  hand.

Chapter 5  - Reading   Reflection  The aspect   in   which   charisma   is   mentioned   (Kouzes/Posner   68)   is   very   interesting   because  different individuals   express   different   forms   of   charisma   in   which   others   are   attracted   to,   there   is  no particular way   of being charismatic but don’t turn that same charisma that is exuded into something negative....
