Types of questions to answer in an outcome analysis (During the implementation):  Was the trainer & techniques well matched to the objectives?  Were lecture portions of the training effective? o Was involvement encouraged? o Were questions used effectively?  Did the trainer conduct the various training methodologies (case study, role-play, etc) appropriately? o Was enough time allotted & was it used as intended? o Did trainees follow instructions? o Was there effective debriefing following exercises? o Was time allowed for questions? Who may be interested in the process data? Trainers in the training development may be interested in the process data because they need to know what works well and what didn’t. As well as other trainers because the process may be generalized… and perhaps training manager only if it’s not successful or an issue has arose… At the outcome evaluation, at the end you are evaluated for your training objectives!
