Introduction French fries rank high up as one of the top food indulgences, combining the comforting starchiness of potatoes with a most addictive crispy exterior from the time spent submerged in bubbling hot oil. Filipinos is well-known as a food lover. When it comes to snacks Filipinos love French fries so much. French fries’ is just basically made of potato and salt. The demand of French fries every day is always expected to rise. The proposed product is Cheesy Kangkong Fries. Its primary ingredient is Kangkong and cheese which is known for its health benefits. Kangkong, commonly known as Water Spinach originated from tropical Asia, most likely India. Kangkong has cultivated since ancient times. Its first historical record was found in 300 A.D. during the Chin Dynasty, where it is grown as a vegetable. Nowadays, it is very popular in South and Southeast Asia, where it is grown for the local markets, and even exported to Hong Kong and Europe. Due to its relatively simple farming process and growing demand, it is the crop of choice for many farmers. Kangkong is a fastgrowing, herbaceous annual or perennial. It has long, smooth, fleshy, hollow trailing stems with a milky sap. Kangkong is known for being a great provider of vitamins and minerals. Kangkong is a great source for Vitamin-A. Vitamin-A is essential for the health of skin, hair, and vision. Another vitamin that has a large presence in kangkong is Vitamin-C. Vitamin-C is great for protecting the body from various diseases. Vitamin-C is also known to be great for skin and hair repair. Apart from vitamins, kangkong is a leading source of vital minerals such as iron, magnesium, and calcium. Magnesium and calcium are extremely important for the health of bone and teeth. Kangkong is relatively high in beta-carotene, natural antioxidants, protein, carbohydrates, and dietary fibers. The stall of the business will be placed in LS lobby which is located at La Salle University, La Salle St. Aguada, Ozamiz City. The product will be offered directly to its consumers which is the students, faculty and staffs on cash basis. The proposed business could probably cater wider market with the perspective of satisfying customers as its bottom line for its existence. Thus, the owner would create strong promotional strategies to attract potential customers and gain optimal profit for the sustainability of the business.

This study will help the suppliers to produce more of their crops as it is the main source of raw ingredient that needed in the production process. Customers. This food product will benefit the customers in terms of its health benefits at an affordable price that meets their satisfaction. Researchers.
