And we are not doing it as we should, because of laziness, for not getting hooked on the person, or just for pretending that the message is efficient. About the lessons he shows us, the first lesson “you cannot not communicate”. Gives us an example, when a father picks up his son and the father appears with his eyes on the phone, I would like to add a very important point that we do not usually take importance, however these actions create a lack of communication in the family and psychological problems begin in children and adolescents of emotional character and behavior. And it is so common nowadays to see these behaviors both in the family, such as lunchtime, in a conversation, we tend to pay more attention to the cell phone. And that makes the person not empathic for the other and not give him his place as he deserve. Another lesson that got me the most was “first impressions last”. Every moment is important in face-to-face communication, since we can reveal more than we say with our body expression, and that may be for or against us. Since once they read us the body language, is the first impression they are left with.

I learned that we should not be afraid of technology, we have to take advantage of it but know that there will be risks and challenges, that if we are not aware of them, they will not allow us good communication. I enjoyed the talk, because it explains it in a way that captures your attention. I agree about what Antoni tells us, they are points that most of us have made in our day to day, but we do not give ourselves that pause to correct it. I'm going to start using the tips that he shared us to improve my communication and get better results from it....
