Using information Communication Technology (ICT), is crucial to most businesses, regardless of size. It is important to a company aiming to expand and to improve efficiency. The use of good ICT also improves customer services and customer demand. ICT includes all digital technology that assists individuals, businesses and organizations in using information. ICT makes a business more efficient, effective and promptly respond to customers' needs. ICT can assist business activities including design, manufacturing, R&D, distribution and sales and feedback. ICT capabilities are key assets providing the infrastructure for access and exchange of knowledge II. PURPOSE Information technology drives innovation and innovation is the path to business success. Innovation in business has the same impact that steam had on the industrial revolution. In fact, it’s hard to imagine any business that has not benefited from the digital revolution. Even something as hands on as agriculture uses computers. Farmers use computers for production records, financial planning, research on technical issues, and procurement. Nowadays the formula for business success is simple: drive innovation with information technology. So, the first thing startups in any industry try to figure out is how to make smart IT recruiting choices. Without a backbone of information technology, a business is not going to go far. Information technology is all about storing, manipulating, distributing and processing information. Over the past few years, IT has replaced the conventional modes of businesses with innovative technological tools. In addition to the increased output and efficiency, IT has introduced new concepts such as e-commerce. III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1

This article is about marketing information and communication technology (ICT) products and services. In the past few decades, information and communication technologies have provided society with a vast array of new communication capabilities. For example, people can communicate in real-time with others in different countries using technologies such as instant messaging, voice over IP (VoIP), and video –conferencing. Social networking websites like facebook allow users from all over the world to remain in contact and communicate on a regular basis. Modern information and communication technologies have created a “global village”, in which people can communicate with others across the world as if they were living next door. For this reason, ICT is often studied in the context of how modern communication technologies affect the society.

IV. GOALS and OBJECTIVES The aim of this paper is finding and creating an appropriate means of marketing communication tools. Objectives of Information Technology Unit Technology changes very rapidly, and needs are constantly shifting. While balancing the costs associated with reliability, efficiency and availability of technology, it is our goal to also provide the most useful solutions available. Starting in the early 1980s with the first desktop computers, information technology has played an important part in the U.S. and global economies. Companies rely on IT for fast communications, data processing and market intelligence. IT plays an integral role in every industry, helping companies improve business processes, achieve cost efficiencies, drive revenue growth and maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
