After thoroughly scanning the directions, because it was scheduled on that day, an individual decision was made by me about how it was needed to be completed. Without participating in any discussions and chats I made my own judgment. The direct approach is about lower importance of the relationships and higher importance of the situation. 2. CONFLICT – When attending lectures and giving the exams or quizzes there might be some Technical problems like Laptop problems, internet connectivity, etc. IMPORTANCE OF SITUATION - High IMPORTANCE OF RELATIONSHIP – High CONFLICT MANAGEMENT APPROACH – Collaborating approach. For managing this conflict the institute could give students the compatible computers/laptops as well as students should attend the lectures and give exams and quizzes after checking the internet connection is good or not and should try to get good internet connection. To address such issues the institute might try providing students with computers/laptops which are compatible and students from their side should focus on attending the lectures and giving exams/quizzes after verifying their internet connection and if they don’t have a stable connection they might try having one before the exams or can go to other location where it might be available....
