1. What is the hole in the center of the iris? What is its function? The pupil it is where light from the cornea enters

2. What are the material properties of the lens? Colorless, nearly totally transparent, avascular and no nerves

3. What is the blind spot of the retina? Optic disc

4. What is the purpose of the reflective material in the choroid coat? What is it called? The material is the tapetum lucidum, it allows the cow to see dim light by refecting the light back into the retina

5. How did the words on the paper appear when you looked through the lens? They were magnigfied
