You should provide comments on each of the bullet points below in the WHITE boxes when completing questions 1 + 2.

1. Describe an unplanned event or activity that enabled you to learn something new or refresh your knowledge and skills. Q1 GUIDANCE:  Describe the event or activity you took part in that enabled new learning.  Be specific about the event or activity you describe.  Tell us what you learnt from the event or activity in terms of the skills, knowledge, attitudes and/or behaviours you have adopted.  Provide the names or the book(s), details of the journal article, or the name and provider of an online course. You should aim to provide a Harvard style refernce of resources used where possible to practice your referencing skills, however, this is not essential provided you have given sufficient detail of the resources used. Q2 guidance: Describe how you have applied the learning:  Include at least one detailed example of how you have already used your learning to benefit: o You as a pharmacy student o The people using your services (whilst you are a student, the ‘people using your services’ can be varied - examples of this include patients/customers you see on a pharmacy placement, work experience or a part time job; other healthcare professionals you see on a pharmacy placement, work experience or a part time job; other students on your course; a ‘simulated’ patient or healthcare professional if you are role playing with a service user, student or member of staff in a session or assessment; having a greater confidence in your ability to respond to a particular query, contributing to a team task e.g. TBL. o The example(s) must have already happened and you should not just give theoretical benefits that may occur in the future.  If you have received any feedback that you have had from other people please include it in this section.  Proofread your work before uploading to Canvas.
