The course work must be carried out individually. Assignment and project work must be done independently. Sharing materials with classmate, especially programming work including logic, and/or modifying the materials to fabricate and reproduce other versions is very seriously treated based on the CUNY Academic Integrity Policy. Assignments and Projects will be given and discussed during the class, and submitted in the class by the deadline times in the form of printed reports showing the solution method, codes developed, and outputs produced. You may also be asked to demonstrate and explain your program in person. Deadline times are strictly observed. Two exams will be given in class. You are expected to arrive at the beginning of the class period. No extra time will be given for late arrivals. No make-up exams will be considered for absent students. Any disagreement resulting from grading must be reported in writing for resolution. The school requires all faculty members to verify that students are actually attending the courses in which they are enrolled. Certification is made early in the semester based on class attendance. Non-certification will result in a WN grade for the class.

Computing Facilities: The computer language used for this class is Java and its IDE as implemented in today's available computer systems. Linux Labs (NAC 7/105) and Windows Labs (NAC 7/118 and 107) are available for your work. Please check the Labs schedules for exact times and availability....
