The Den offers customers a sense of third place, somewhere besides work and home. The Den encourage water activities as it relieves stress and can boost mental health as exercise releases endorphins. The Den differs from competitors as it offers not just water sport equipment but also water sport lessons. With every fifth lesson, customers get their sixth free. If they recommend a friend, they both get ten percent off. The products are made locally which has a knock-on effect economically to local communities. The Den guarantee that all products eco-friendly. On the bottom of each page there are four social media buttons allowing the consumer to share to the social media page of their choice.
