Go the company’s website and locate the social media links provided. Access each of the social media brand pages and evaluate them in terms of engaging consumers with the brand and how it is integrated with the website. Provide specific information from each social media network that shows how consumers can be engaged. Identify the number of fans, followers, and posts on each site. Provide screenshots of each social media page and website main page.

Lucky Brand In Lucky Brand’s website it’s possible to find links for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest at the bottom of the home page. Instagram: 201k followers and 2023 posts. Esthetic profile which is mainly characterized by posts of many different people wearing Lucky Brand’s clothes in nature spaces showing the American spirit which inspired the company since the beginning. In terms of engaging customers, Instagram plays a key role as it shows the available clothes for customers to buy in a more detailed way than on the website. Thus, customers are able to perceive better the details of clothes and make the purchase decision. Just by accessing their Instagram profile customers are able to see in their highlights, many different videos and pictures of the different jean’s models they have available with a direct link that takes customers to the website in order to check more product details or to make the purchase. It also provides a link for their YouTube channel in which all the campaign ads are available. Overall, consumers can be engaged as Lucky Brand’s profile and posts transmit good vibes, captures people’s attention, provides an easy access to check product details and make the purchase.
