Description

ECOMMERCE 1. What is E-COMMERCE? E-commerce — also known as e-commerce, internet commerce or online commerce — consists of the purchase and sale of products or services over the Internet, such as social networks and other websites. It can also be defined as an economic activity that allows the trade of different products and services from digital means, such as websites, mobile applications and social networks. MAIL 2. What is the Inbox? Where the messages received by the user rest, in chronological or personalized order. All mail servers have the Inbox, a space where you can see the messages that have reached you and the details of their sender, title or subject, and the date the message was sent. 3. Left options panel When you enter your email, you will notice that on the left side there is an options panel that will allow you to enter the folders of: Sent Messages, Drafts, Spam or Spam and Deleted or Trash. 4. What is the Draft in the email? With this option you will be able to go to the messages that you have written, but that you have not sent yet.

5. What is Spam or Spam? It will show you the list of messages that come from mass mailing sites, commercial sites or promotions, and that are not relevant. 6. What is Chat? It is a tool that allows you to communicate with those contacts who are connected to the chat at the same time as you. 7. What is the Header? The header is a set of lines in which the main information for sending the message appears. It is in this part that you can read the email addresses of both the sender (sender) and the recipient (recipient), as well as the date and time it was sent. The header is located at the top of the window of the mail that we are writing and consists of the following parts. 8. Sender Normally, in the header the sender's part comes in the form of a blank space presented with the word "From:". this is the area where the e-mail address of the person sending the message is located. 9. Recipient The recipient's part is a blank space in the header that often begins with the word "To:" and in it the address of 12 e-mails to whom the message is addressed is placed. This element is essential in an e-mail since, as in any letter, it is necessary to know to whom it is sent.

10.What is CC or CCO? In the same "Recipient" section, at the end, are the acronyms "CC" and "CCO". These two options are optional and serve to note the other email addresses to whom you want to make them receive the copy of the e-mail to be sent. 11. What does CC mean? the cc option means "with copy", showing all addresses to all recipients, that is, all people who receive the message will have access to the emails of other people who have received the same text. 12.What does Bcc mean? The Bcc option, which means "with blind copy", involves sending the same message to several people as in the case of CC, but with the particularity that the email address of the people who have received that same mail is not shown. 13.Date Most e-messaging services have a feature enabled that shows what time and on what day the message was sent. 14.Confirmation of received Some services have a functionality that allows you to know if the message sent has been received by the person to whom it was addressed. Reply and forward buttons: In the header there may be a button that says "Reply", which saves us from having to retype the email address of the person who sends us a message to send the reply, while 13 the "Forward" button sends the same message back to the same address or to others in case we have added new email addresses.

15.Subject In "Subject" is where the writer of the mail has to put a title or topic that is related to the body of the message, or that briefly explains the reason why it sends the same. This phrase will let the person receiving it know what the mail is about before opening it. 16.Message body The body is the redacted part of the message and can be as long as we want. It is where we will write all the reasons why we write and what we want to tell the receiver of the message. 17.Editing toolbar Most electronic messaging services have an editing toolbar enabled, which makes the section for writing the message body similar to that of a conventional word processor. Thanks to this bar we can change the size of the letter, the color, the font, underline, bold, organize the text in bullets. 18.Attachments Optionally, the message can be accompanied by attachments, that is, multimedia elements or other documents in different formats, such as PDF or Word. These files will have to be downloaded by the recipient to be able to open them and can be of all kinds: photos, videos, documents, folders, presentations, music tracks, spreadsheets....
