DAY 1; January 31, 2022 EMCEE SCRIPT (INSET 2021-2022) CALL TO ORDER: In few minutes we will start the program. We would like to remind everyone to please observe physical distancing and proper use of face masks throughout the session and please set our phones to silent mode as we go along the program. ALBERT: Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Good morning Ma’am Jesica. JESICA: Good Morning Sir Albert! BOTH: Good morning ISAT TEACHERS and Welcome to our SCHOOL-BASED IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS SY 2021-2022. ALBERT: My fellow teachers, it’s that time of year once again – it’s another journey of professional development and hopefully a fun-filled and worthwhile experience. JESICA: That’s right Sir Albert, even if we are not literally taking a break from our role as classroom teachers, this training/seminar is somewhat a refresher course for us and a perfect opportunity for us to keep ourselves updated of the educational trends. Remember, we cannot give what we do not have so if we want to give more to our students and to further strengthen our commitment in teaching, attending this INSET today might just actually be a right decision. Since this event is deemed significant, let us officially commence our gathering today by asking divine intervention; be followed by the singing of our Makabayan Song through Audio-Visual Presentation. ALBERT: Please be seated. To affirm the significance of this event, let us welcome on stage a cool and supportive HT-III of Related Subjects Department 2, Ma’am Stephalyn F. Claravall for her WELCOME ADDRESS. JESICA: Thank you Ma’am. At this point we shall give due recognition to the most important people of this event. They are the primary reason of this gathering. Who are these people? Well, I’m referring to you teachers, to us teachers! This training wouldn’t be possible without your/our presence. Now, we know what we came here for. If someone would ask us why we are here, our ready answer would be to attend the training/seminar but specifically what do you think are our goals of being here today? Well if you’re not sure yet, let’s listen and be guided as our very own Assistant School Principal II gives us the statement of purpose. Let’s give it up for Ma’am Lornalyn Pagulayan. ALBERT: Thank you Ma’am for graciously reaching out to us today. Earlier we had been guided with setting the right goals for this weeklong training. While it is truly important to have similar goals, it is also necessary to establish the right expectations so we could move as one, into a single direction. So at this juncture may we call on our School Principal to set the right expectations for our facilitators and participants. Let’s give a round of applause to Ma’am Mary Ann L. Catindig, Principal IV for her Inspirational Message. EVALUATION OF THE SCHOOL’S PROGRESS ATTAINED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM AND ACTIVITIES (PPA’s)

DAY 3; February 03, 2022 EMCEE SCRIPT (INSET 2021-2022) ALBERT: Good morning everyone! We hope everything’s fine and good. Just relax, listen, grasp ideas, and take note of information needed for our growth as teachers. JESICA: That’s right partner. Good day, everyone! We welcome you to the third day of our INSET. It is such a good day to teach minds, touch hearts and transform lives. At this moment, let us officially commence our gathering today by asking divine intervention; be followed by the singing of our Makabayan Song through Audio-Visual Presentation. ALBERT: We all know that every beginning necessitates an end. And every ending is a prelude to something greater. With that being said, let us listen to a LEARNING INSIGHT to be shared to us by Ma’am Edna C. Garcia, MTII. JESICA: That was well said Ma’am Edna. It truly embodies what it is to ___________________________. So, to acknowledge the participants today let us all welcome the our Department Heads and Subject Group Heads for the Checking of Attendance. BOTH: SIR NORMAN T. NICASIO- RS1 MA’AM STEPHALYN F. CLARAVALL- RS2 SIR JOHN DIEGO- TVE1 SIR ESPEDITO LUMABI- TVE 2 MA’AM EDNA C. GARCIA MA’AM NICHAR D. UMENGAN SIR DANCHROHIGHSON MABUTOL ALBERT: Thank you dear Department Heads and Subject Group Heads. We often stimulate our students’ senses to prepare them for the learning process and today we are no different from our students. We came here today not as teachers or facilitators but as learners. So shall we begin with few muscle stretches and a bit of dance moves before we start the training? Let us call on our two active teachers, Ma’am Apple Jade Garlitos and Ma’am Casileen Zalun for the Energizer. JESICA: We are blessed with a sunny morning as we are amped up with a very engaging and interesting topic; that today we are here to listen to this talk on “STRESS MANAGEMENT IN THE WORKPLACE” The unexpected occurrence of the COVID-19 outbreak has undeniably disrupted the normalcy of life. Stress has become an important concern in education since the COVID-19 outbreak.
