In my final paper, I want to reflect on what I have learned. In this class, I learned what a persuasive essay was. At first, it was a little difficult because I quite did not understand what my argument was. I have to rewrite my essay several times. I still have difficulties but hope to take what I have learned here and used in my future career goals.

The peer-review feedback that I used, was simply a combination of all. I use also the feedback my instructor gave me to rewrite my essay. One peer told me to research my topic more and look for the opposite view to have a stronger argument. Another told me to use the writing center it would be a very good tool to use. I tried to use all and incorporate them to make my argument stronger and prove my key points.

I faced many challenges, especially proving my argument, I did not understand the importance of the evidence, my key points and overall the argument to prove that evidence Finding a counterargument was hard especially because I could not find one. Finding articles that would support my topic was not hard but to argue the evidence yes. I still feel that I could have research much more and do a better job in my persuasive essay. I would have written and easy to read the essay with better flow between the sentences.

I did not receive any peer review concerning the exploration of the issue. I simply use most of the feedback from my instructor. I research the topic more and read several articles, but the reality is that there are lots of articles related to Human resources and health worker, but could

hardly find any that would help me with the argument and the counterargument. I had a very hard time writing my essay and every time I thought I did a great job the grade and the feedback were not what I had expected. I felt discouraged and like a bird in the middle of the ocean.

I use a more explicative writing strategy. I tried to bring my audience in by explaining the reasoning behind my topic and why a health care worker would be happier if human resources implemented a better and harmonious environment. I use several examples of ways Human resources can help health care workers feel more appreciated and happier at the worksite. I failed to demonstrate and support my argument. And the other face of this topic. My essay was lacking a life, I was using big words and was not easy to read, I would do lots of things differently given the opportunity....
