Our Bakery is a combination of product and service-oriented business that focuses on two main products which are breads and cakes. The uniqueness and specialties of our services is in the quality of the products that we prepared; no one could resist freshly baked cakes or breads made from the finest ingredients. Other than serving the customers with our product, we also allow the customer to develop their interest and hobbies in baking. We provides baking workshop services to those who are interested in making breads and cakes. Through this workshop, customers can learn to bake and decorate bread or cakes. The workshop will be held through physical classes and also online classes. Those who wants to join the physical classes must book their seat as only small number of people are allowed to be in the class while those who wish to join our online workshop will have the fresh ingredients sent to their home a day before the classes. We also provides cake making services where we will take order from customers who wish to have their own customized design cakes for every type of celebration. We aim to provide the best quality of product by using only the finest ingredients, fresh from the oven. Not only that, we also provides delivery services during the Movement Control Order to the nearby places so that the customers can have their cravings satisfied if they miss our bakedgoods. We want to make our bakery as a place where we can give comfort through our products and gives convenience to the customers to learn and enjoy their hobbies at the same time. We’re hoping to be a place where we can fulfil the needs of our customers Community Hub for Socialization We want our bakery to be a place that allow people to socialized and communicate about the things that excites them such as food and hobbies. Through our baking workshop services, we can encourage our customers to build connections and increase interaction between them; their relationships can improve the growth of our business in the future. 1.2.2 Increase Knowledge to New Skills and Hobbies Through the baking workshop services, we can encourage the customers to increase or enhance their basic knowledge and develop their interest in baking. Baking is a beneficial skill that can be used in a lot of situation and it might be an amazing career too. Through the baking workshop services in our bakery, we can give our customers a chance to start their passion with other passionate bakers. 1.2.3 Sustainable Market It is very obvious that baked items such as bread and cakes are seen as a need; the production of baked goods will always flow, even during pandemic as food industry is economically resistant to the effects of a recession. This condition will give our bakery good potential for growth and allow us to expand the business in future time. We can keep adding new products and services to our bakery which will make the customers loyal to us.
