Mark Berndt Dr. Mary Mathis Systems and Services of Public Health 11 October 2020 Eradication of Communicable Disease Although it would be possible to completely eradicate COVID 19, the chances of this are extremely unlikely. This is due to the fact that the disease is extremely communicable and can be transmitted very quickly. Another factor indicating that eradication would be unlikely would be the cost and the behavior required in order to eradicate all transmission of this disease. Due to the extreme amount of protocols that would be needed, as well as the high expense rate required, the chances of COVID 19 ever being eradicated is highly unlikely....
