Essay on the topic: «Human rights» All people have rights. We children also have our rights. The United Nations has adopted a very important document - the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Convention is not just an appeal, but a law for those countries that have signed it. The main purpose of the Convention is to do everything possible to ensure that children all over the world live better, that they are protected and happy. What rights are referred to in the Convention? This is, first of all, the right to life, to a name, to citizenship, to the protection of life, honor and dignity, the right to a family, in one's opinion, to the preservation of one's individuality, to development game, for protection against all forms of exploitation, for health care, for rest. Rights cannot be taken away - no one has the right to deprive another person of their rights or violate those rights. All people have rights. They do not need to buy, earn. Nobody gives rights, a person receives rights from birth. We are people, and we are all equal, so we all have the same, equal rights. The right is protected and provided by the state. The rights of citizens of Ukraine are legalized in the Constitution - the basic law of our country. A person who knows his rights and respects the rights of others, confidently goes through life. An ancient Roman proverb says: "Where there is law, there is protection." Therefore, it makes sense to know the laws, to know your rights. Know to defend yourself. To feel more confident, and therefore freer. To know your rights, but not to forget about the rights of others. To be calm for your future. A person who does not understand the law, does not know about their rights and responsibilities, does not know what to do if a difficult situation arises, and is vulnerable to all sorts of troubles. Such a person can be forced to do what he should not do, or deprived of what he is entitled to. Therefore, we all need to know our rights....
