About the Exam Exam content: Exam questions will be based on topics covered in Module 3. This module was delivered through lectures in week 9, 10,11 and tutorials in week 10, 11, 12. Practice questions: To be uploaded on canvas by Monday, 25-Oct-2021. Guidelines on answering short-essay type questions: A short essay type question of 10 marks can be efficiently answered using approximately 300-350 words. That said, the word strength for each answer is flexible and depends on the richness of content of your answer, use of informative diagrams/figures, tables etc. Wherever relevant, you may include bullet points, comparison tables, graphical representations, and other styles of communication as appropriate for each question. Total marks: 50 Total exam duration: 165 minutes Reading time: 15 minutes Writing time: 120 minutes Buffer time: 30 minutes Exam Instructions 1. This examination is worth 50 per cent of your total marks for this subject. 2. Final exam is NOT a hurdle for this subject. 3. The exam paper has total 7 questions of which you should answer any 5. If you answer more than 5 questions, we will mark ONLY FIRST FIVE answers. 4. Each question is of 10 marks. There may be sub-parts to each question, and they may carry different weight, as mentioned in the question paper. 5. This exam is an open book exam. You may refer to multiple sources of information including your notes, books, and lecture slides are permitted. 6. Please ensure that you acknowledge and provide reference when using works of other authors. Even though we recommended using APA 7th edition referencing style, you can use any other suitable referencing style or simply provide a suggestive reference that is good enough for the reader to identify the original source of information. 7. You may submit exam content queries via the Exam Support tool in LMS Canvas - Exam Support link will automatically be made available to you approximately 30 minutes prior to the exam. Both staff and students will receive an invitation email to join the exam support tool. The subject coordinator will keep the Exam Support tool active for the first 45 minutes of the exam, to ensure all content related questions are addressed. 8. You may either type your answers using computer/laptop or write it with hand on ruled/unruled pages. Please upload only one PDF document containing ALL answers. 9. In case you are choosing to type your answers, then please write in a single word file, convert it to PDF and upload. Please keep saving your word document so that you don't lose the text while answering. 10. You can scan the handwritten answer-sheet and upload it on canvas. You can use either of the following methods for scanning: • •

11. This exam has a 30-minute submission window after the writing time which you may use to scan and upload your answer sheet. This time is intended to account for minor technical issues you may experience. 12.
