Essentially, the common challenges of a teacher as a classroom manager are difficulty in planning, a large amount of paperwork, and mishandling of classroom management. Because a classroom contains a variety of learners, such as slow and fast learners, it becomes more difficult for a teacher to manage them when it comes to giving instructions. Furthermore, time management is one of the most difficult aspects of classroom management.
