Only CATIA notes in the learning hub is permitted to be used. 2. Internet access is allowed only for accessing learning hub for CATIA notes and files submission. 3. The ONLY materials which may be brought into the examination room are blue or black pens, pencil, eraser and correction fluid. 4. Dictionaries, programmable calculators, mobile phones, electronic devices, written material and paper are NOT to be brought into the examination room. It is a breach of examination conditions to have any unauthorized materials or equipment in the examination room, 5. Examination papers, questions and other material provided by the University are NOT to be removed from the examination room. 6. There is to be NO communication of any kind with any other person either inside or outside the examination venue, except with the examination supervisor/invigilator or course teachers. 7. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all work required for the assessment is submitted. All files need to be saved according to the given format and submitted at the end of the exam time through Blackboard. General Instructions This exam consists of 2 questions the total marks of 100. The marks allocation is as follows: 1. Part 1 – 60 marks (recommended time: 60 mins) 2. Part 2 – 40 marks (recommended time: 45 mins)
Save all your files according to the file format given in each task Regularly save your files while working just in case you accidentally press close button or when CATIA is suddenly not responding (crashed).
You have 105 minutes to complete these tasks to allow additional 15 minutes for submission time (total exam time: 120 minutes). At the end of 105 minutes, you must save all your files whether or not you finish it. When complete you should have 2 CATIA files to submit. After submission, please check with the teacher whether or not your files have been received you leave the exam room.
