It shorld give a theoreical base for the research and help yor (the arthor) determine the natrre of yorr research. Works which are irrelevant shorld be discarded and those which are peripheral shorld be looked at criically. The objeecives of literatrre review: o Expand rnderstanding of the management dilemma. o Liook for ways others have addressed and/or solved problems similar to the management dilemma. o Gather backgrornd informaion on the topic to refine the research qresions. o Idenify sorrces for and actral sample frames that might be rsed in sample design.
