1. Quinoa Quinoa pronounced as keen-wah is a dietary grain rich with fiber which is often cooked as like rice. The Superfood- quinoa is the richest one with protein among all the grains. It is enriched with fibers, iron, and potassium along with high protein. If you are a glutton tolerant person, you can be relaxed to know that quinoa is gluten-free too. You can have 200 calories, 4gm protein, 3gm fat, 43g carbohydrates, 3gm dietary fiber calcium, .77mg of Iron, 157mg Sodium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Vitamin C, etc. Quinoa is full of essential amino acids such as leucine, lysine, histidine, tryptophan, valine, etc. Arginine is found both in two types of quinoa about 1.09-0.34g per 100g. Arginine is a good source of growth hormone stimulation, often taken as supplements. Besides, quinoa is considered as a healthy food that intensifies your growth as in heights.
