Effective communication plays a significant role in an organization. Communication makes it easy for managers to perform jobs and responsibilities such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Managers invest a lot of time and use many types of communication in the working process to get their job done. It is said that " effective communication is a building block of successful organization". Communication has five basic roles including boosting motivation, providing information, affecting employees' attitudes, being beneficial for socializing and helping in management process. Managers need to have essentials qualities and skills to take on the role of building effective communication systems.
