Have you ever wondered why "Success" is spell for s.u.c.c.e.s.s.? Here is what I think, there are several elements that contribute to success such as sustainability, utilitarianism, capability, collaboration, experience, self-disciplined, and selflessness. I lack experience the most among these elements, and this is one of the efficient ways to gain experience. Thereby, I am hoping to obtain a chance to fulfill my work experience by applying to the Business Practice Program in order to construct a better me. I look forward to strengthening my capability during the internship such as learning new skills or applying the knowledge that I have learned to practice because a classroom and workplace are completely different. The things we learned at school are primarily theoretical while things are practical in the workplace. In addition, I will try my best to perform well as every position is created for a reason, the company need me, therefore, they offer a position for me, in return, I will do everything I can to thank the company that gave me this precious opportunity. For my career path, I wish I can be a recruitment consultant in the future, but I would like to try other industries as well so that not to restrict myself that can only rely on the human resource industry. At the same time, I can widen my horizon by engaging in different industries....
