VQ6 1. What is your impression of this scene from the movie "Saving Private Ryan?" After watching this clip - please describe your feelings, attitude, and overall impression of the D-Day Invasion on Normandy, France, on June 6, 1944. I had never seen the film, however, because of this clip, now I will. Goodness, the force of how rapidly every soldier passed on, from consuming to death to suffocating, and ugh, it was so dismal seeing the trooper getting his harm. It drives me to feel crazy, and It made me want to get in on the screen and help out! I felt horrible when the poor fellow was weeping for his mother; I teared up to consider the big picture while doing our ordinary everyday life. They may be battling, and perhaps 50% of them don't endure, however in reality, I realize that when a soldier returns home, it could never go back as previously, from getting PTSD to depression or, in any event, going off the deep end! Such a lot of regard and makes me much more troubled because this stuff occurs. I have friends in the military and the navy, and I consistently make an honest effort to say the amount I cherish and value every time I get the opportunity to because one day, it could be too late to do it!...
