2. How does today’s efforts to of exercise compare to early efforts to exercise? Today’s efforts of exercise compares to early efforts of exercise because it went from don’t be too bulky, do not lift as a football player, to it is okay to be bulky and football players/other athletes should be lifting.

3. What had positive influences on the early efforts of exercise and why? Muscle beach because it opened peoples eyes and inspired people to get fit by gaining in popularity

5. What inventions improved exercise science study? An invention that improved exercise science is the grip dumbbell because it helped give us the dumbbell that we have today

6. Describe muscle binding? How does this compare to the muscle bulked female of today? Muscle binding is a condition that decreases speed, flexibility, and swells the heart. This compares to the muscle bulked females of today because females back then were about training in a manner that did not make you bulky to ensure that they did not muscle bind

7. How does the equipment used in the Greek era compare to today’s exercise equipment? The equipment used in the Greek ear compares to today’s exercise equipment because that is where we got our basic weight training equipment from. The Greeks had weights with lead and today we have dumbbells, barbells, and other basic equipment that we got from them

8. Did religion influence exercise? If so, how? Yes, religion influenced exercise for the Greeks because they believed in Gods who were involved in all aspects of human life

9. What other points did you find for yourself? That babies were weighed to determine how they were growing; measurements of muscles were important and strong men were in the circus

10. What do you think future efforts to exercise might look like? I think exercise will be more technologically advanced. People will depend on the fancy technology to help get them in shape instead of sticking to the basics
