The speech is given by Eddy Zhong who is CEO of Blanc Inc. He has a very confident and charismatic personality and looks like he has a very good experience in his field as he talks and motivate people to think out of the box and in creative way. He explains very big thinking in very simple way. He always asks to inculcate different skills in oneself and be creative and think different. Don’t just go with flow like a dead fish, think out of the box. He forces kids to realise their inner passion and work for it. And requests their parents not to just force kids to go to schools and after that get a stable job. Just education is not necessary for one’s growth overall knowledge is must to be successful and grow as an individual. He asks everyone to open their own companies and think about their own’s profit and start-up good capital ventures as there are many opportunities. Give teenagers one chance to show their skills and talents instead of just pushing them to high-schools.

At last, he suggests each and everyone to “Open Their Own Doors”. He says a very effective sentence at last for his speech, “No one has ever changed the world if they do as the world has said them to do.”
