Description

How to Apply to a FLO: • The system will go active after the conclusion of the All-FLO Informational. • Go to flos.tamu.edu and click on “Log In and Continue.” • Log in with your Net ID & Password. • Click “Continue to Register” and fill out all the personal information. • Click on the links of the organizations you wish to apply to. • Download and print the application packet. This will contain all necessary paperwork you will need to turn in. • NOTE: If applying to an MSC FLO (FISH, ALOT, or FLI) you must fill out an additional MSC coversheet. An additional link will pop up if you choose to do so. • Fill out all applications. • Applications are due by 5 pm on Friday, September 8th in Koldus 144 • NOTE: We will shut the doors at 5 pm, if you are not in line by then you risk not being able to turn in your applications. • On Sunday September 10th, you will receive an email saying which FLO’s you received an interview for. • Later that Sunday from 2:00-6:00 pm, you must go to Rudder Exhibit Hall to sign up for an interview. • NOTE: If you can’t make it please contact the FLOs individually to sign up for an interview time. • Starting Monday, September 11th, you must log back into flos.tamu. edu to rank the FLOs you applied to. You must do this by Friday September 15th at 5 pm. If you do not you will NOT be placed into a FLO. • NOTE: You can re-rank the FLOs as many times as you want until Friday at 5 pm. We recommend you do rank them initially then go back and re-rank if you feel inclined to. • On the afternoon of Sunday, September 17th, you will receive an email stating whether or not you were placed into a FLO.
