TOPIC: The problem of paying for teachers in private schools during the epidemic of COVID-19 in Vietnam. In this report, I will discuss the issue of paying teachers in sort of private schools during the COVID-19 pandemic in a major way. In fact, the consequences of the COVID pandemic are so severe that particularly many private school teachers have to change jobs to earn a living in a generally major way. But some schools particularly have a way to deal with supporting teachers during the epidemic season, contrary to popular belief. In this report, I will use the Equity theory, which suggests that people evaluate the fairness of their situations by comparing them with those of other people. Equity theory’s fundamental suggestion for overseeing employee stipend is that, to a critical degree, employees assess their basic pay by comparing it with what others get paid, and their work states of mind and behaviors particularly are impacted by such comparisons subtly. Employees connect incredible significance to for the most part pay choices when they assess their relationship with the organization, which is significant. Hence, specifically, pay choices must essentially be carefully overseen and communicated, which kind is quite significant. Add up to emolument, as famous, comprises of cash emolument (compensation, essentially justify increments, rewards, stock alternatives, and other motivations) and benefits (e.g., wellbeing protections, paid get-away, unemployment compensation) (Human Resource Management: Gaining a Competitive Advantage (11th ed.)) We also use essentially pay for time not worked in this article. Pay for time not worked is applicable to blush, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and so forth may not essentially seem to make economic sense. The employer pays the employee for time not spent working, receiving no tangible production value in return. Therefore, some employers may specifically see little very direct advantage in a particularly big way. Private schools and contract instructors (i.e in an actual big way. instructors working on a changeless - regularly short-term - contract premise in government schools) kind of play an imperative part within the instructive workforce in numerous creating nations, which specifically is significant. improvement and confront the chance of work misfortune and compensation decrease after the widespread, contrary to popular belief. We can take the Nguyen Khuyen Private School as an example, they mostly have cut teachers' salaries, which is quite significant. Teachers are only

entitled to receive a subsidized salary (less than the normal salary received) until the online learning program is launched. After discussing and reaching an agreement with teachers and students' parents, the school generally has mostly agreed to for the most part pay teachers' salaries in full, which mostly is significant. Schools that provide compulsory education are mostly still able to teach and pay teachers according to their arrangements, but schools like kindergartens are different, which is generally quite important. It is known that private preschools in Hanoi city specifically have their main source of income based on students in an actual big way. If students leave school because of the COVID-19 epidemic at home, it means that the school and teachers here have no income subtly. To essentially be able to maintain, sort of many teachers only have to accept hourly babysitting jobs, do enough jobs to for all intents and purposes make ends meet. Many teachers take on hourly babysitting jobs to generally make ends meet, or so they mostly thought (tức, L. V. B. T. (2021, November 18). 'Giữ Chân' Giáo Viên mầm non Dân Lập, TƯ Thục. Báo tin tức. Retrieved December29,2021, from https://baotintuc.vn/giaoduc/giu-chan-giao-vien-mam-non-dan-lap-tu-thuc-20211118104747311.htm). According to a review by the Department of Labour, Invalids, and particularly Social Affairs, it is expected that more than 324,000 people will kind of be supported according to specific policies of Hanoi City, with a particularly total estimated budget of for all intents and purposes more than 345 billion VND, basically contrary to popular belief. Teachers and staff working at schools that set up and train themselves with labor contracts but must be suspended or terminated, unpaid essentially leave during the epidemic season will for the most part receive 1.5 million VND in support, contrary to popular belief. The teacher who is pregnant, raising a biological, adopted child, or taking care of a child under 6 years old is entitled to the additional support of 1 million VND/child, only supporting one person who generally is a mother or father. or a substitute career for the child in a subtle way. Stopping working because of social distancing, blockade, and concentrated isolation of paid workers, which generally is quite significant. According to Article 99 of the 2019 Labor Code, the salary for termination of work is as follows: In case of having to specifically stop working, the employee is paid as follows: 1, or so they thought. If it essentially is the fault of the employer, the employee shall be paid the very full salary according to the labor contract. 2. If it generally is the employee\'s fault, that person will not particularly be paid; Other employees in the same unit who have to kind of stop working shall, for the most part, be paid at the rate agreed upon by the two parties but must not, for the most part, be lower than the minimum wage in a very major way.

3, which is significant. If they are essentially an electricity or water problem that is not definitely due to the fault of the employer or due to natural disasters, fires, dangerous epidemics, enemy sabotage, relocation of operation locations at the request of state agencies competent authority or for economic reasons, the two parties shall generally agree on the salary to stop working..." Thus, the payment of stoppage particularly pay to employees will essentially be done as follows: In case the employee stops working due to concentrated isolation, social distancing, or blockade at the request of the competent authority, the salary of the employee during the time of cessation of work will be agreed upon. according to the following rules: + In case of stopping work for 14 working days or less, the agreed-upon stoppage salary is not lower than the minimum salary in a very major way. + In case of having to stop working for more than 14 working days, the salary for stopping work shall, for the most part, be particularly agreed upon by the two parties, but the salary for stopping work in the first 14 days must not be generally lower than the pretty minimum salary, or so they specifically thought. As specifically noted by Lao Dong, for all intents and purposes due to being absent from teaching for nearly 5 months now, particularly many private kindergarten teachers in Hanoi kind of are facing difficulties because most of their salaries are owed subtly. The private kindergartens were simultaneously dissolved, and there was no longer enough very capital to kind of hold on to making many teachers here struggling, turning around enough jobs to make a living subtly. The principle of paying wages to employees is implemented following Article 94 of the Labor Code 2019, specifically: Employers must mostly pay wages directly, in full, and on time to employees in a big way. Thus, enterprises kind of are obliged to for all intents and purposes pay wages on time to employees, contrary to popular belief. In case of force majeure, the enterprise is entitled to pay salary sort of late but not exceeding 30 days, or so they specifically thought. There are some worse cases where the school is forced to particularly close because of the pressure of cash and allowances for teachers, or so they thought. The 4th wave of the COVID-19 outbreak, Global Kindergarten (Dong Anh, Hanoi) essentially was forced to close, teachers essentially were out of work, which is quite significant. Many teachers of this school moved to sort of other jobs, which is quite significant. From the above examples, we can see those private kindergartens, because they could not essentially stand the pressure of cash, staff money when no students attended, for the most part, were forced to close schools and subsidize money, which is significant. of preschool teachers mostly specifically come from state support, which mostly is quite significant. Because private preschools essentially do not need to impart general knowledge but only for the most part take care of children, when the pandemic comes, all children will be fairly absent from school and do not need

to learn online. As for particularly private schools, the school's teachers are still fully paid thanks to the implementation of online teaching in a subtle way. Almost 100% of private high school teachers are fully paid, or so they are for the most part though. Salary is calculated according to the number of hours that the teacher teaches, and the achievements subtly achieved by the teacher. The issue of paying private teachers in Vietnam during the COVID-19 pandemic has been highlighted in this report. Most of the counselors are maintained during the epidemic season and the salary for teachers is agreed between the school and the teacher as well as the student's parents. Except for some special schools such as private schools, no students attend school because kindergartens are not required to provide information knowledge to students. Private schools that can't stand the pressure of money such as cash or other support costs teachers have to close, and teachers have to find other jobs to maintain their daily lives. This field as had said on, teachers will receive support from the main overlay. In my opinion, private schools have fulfilled their duties well for students as well as teachers by continuing to deploy online teaching programs and fully paying teachers according to the number of lessons and achievements. emulation like when going to teach directly. Thanks to good management and commitment between the parties, this private school helps teachers to have stable jobs and stable salaries. Then private schools only need to stay that way when the government allows students to go back to school.
