Question 01: I own a dropshipping company named “THE CASEY.” The Cawsey does not hold a physical space or keep items it sells in the stock but fulfills orders as a third party (request satisfaction technique). All things being equal, the dealer buys stock on a case-by-case basis from an outsider, generally a distributor or producer. [CITATION Ful20 \l 4105 ] My company is an internet-based outsider organization that ultimately sends the item straightforwardly to the purchaser to make it more accurate. The delegate never holds the articles; however, the web-based vendor might acquire a benefit by buying the items at discount costs and selling them at retail. Our company operators work hard to manage a perfectly objective function. [CITATION Ful20 \l 4105 ] The reason is that if one delivery output fails, it directly gives negatively affects the entire company. [ CITATION Dan21 \l 4105 ]

Dropshipper Challenge: The first significant challenge most people face in our company is investigating the reputed and the most reliable suppliers for the particular products. Many producers and sourcing agencies can serve as our expectations, but we need to be on the same page with them on the details of the relationship. It is essential to choose the best supplier and exact product detail providers that can be consistent with the quality of our suppliers. [ CITATION Dan21 \l 4105 ] Out of stock: Out of stores is one of the widespread issues, but it's more common in specific seasons. This problem ultimately affects more on our company as we primarily focus on kitchen wear only. It means only specified products. When we cannot serve your customers, it is necessary to notify them at our earliest while investigating alternate ways to accomplish the respective orders. Hence, it is essential to have multiple providers, so our company can reduce the risk.

Order Processing delays: Buyers demand their orders be executed as quickly as possible when they purchase something from the dropshipping eCommerce website like us. Most clients cannot realize the accurate picture; in most cases, we own a bit of control over the processing time. There is a possibility that orders customers previously placed with us will be delayed. Customers may become agitated as they wait for their tracking code due to the delay. Wrong Address shipments: Some products are delivered to the incorrect address or destinations that would not exist. As an online business owner like us, we sometimes have to deal with this issue. [CITATION Ful20 \l 4105 ] Product Returns: Our company always involves a third party; it is primarily out of control as we cannot build proper rules. But the primary task is that respective customers work against our

company, not the source. It can mitigate up to some level by making the return policy clear on our website and making every attempt to make the procedure as simple as possible for customers. Managing many orders/ Customers: Including dropshipping, controlling the numbers may be difficult, from supplies to payments. When getting the numbers correct, pricing is another crucial consideration. [ CITATION And21 \l 4105 ]

Question 03: As an online business holder, it is crucial to understand who the other stakeholders are, whether internal or external, regardless of your function in the project. Customers are the most critical stakeholders. Country residents: As our product mainly focuses on making the process much easier in the kitchen, most families benefit from this. The female gender is the most among all as they are expecting to make their works more accessible and proper safety precautions. [ CITATION And21 \l 4105 ] Inside the Company: IT executives empower the entire website as these professionals are the top piles of managing and handling the website's e-commerce project. Moreover, IT managers and SAP admins are boosters of the website. With their guidance, our company is under the control of substantial daily workloads. Support immensely to the team who are working under them for each circumstance. Above all, the finance department takes the desired actions depending on the level of complication and performance required. [ CITATION And21 \l 4105 ] Even though our solution is significantly less expensive than the alternatives, our clients' accounting stakeholders

frequently have concerns. And marketing department navigates the company with a new shape with upgraded marketing techniques—these professionals are trained to bring the best outcome of the company and large customer base. [ CITATION Rya19 \l 4105 ]

Question 04: Social responsibilities are one of the most important ethics of the business. Our organization manages ethical issues, CSR, and employee regulation by organizing various functions: 1. Our company discusses with drop shippers to raise exposure and provide CSR services. 2. The IT professionals and marketing officers post the selected equipment. 3. Shareholders are given the ability to question regarding equipment. [ CITATION Rya19 \l 4105 ] It provides them with an open window view into the business operations. The corporation is responsible not just for the well-being of its employees and customers but also for upholding its end of the agreement with society. Our business donates funds for some specific charity services and recalls harmful products. [ CITATION Rya19 \l 4105 ]

Law and Social Responsibility: The social responsibilities of a business frequently conflict with its ethical obligations. Online corporations like us are legally obligated to defend shareholder earnings. Simultaneously, we have a moral responsibility to limit socially detrimental (albeit occasionally profitable) corporate decisions. As a result, ethical business executives have the problem of producing a profit without putting society on the hook. [ CITATION MAT20 \l 4105 ] Shareholder Pressure:

Some stakeholders and customers have a lesser understanding of the companies stock certificates. Hence, to avoid this, management must engage freely with shareholders, explaining why legal and ethical shortcuts have long-term ramifications that overshadow the benefit of a quick profit. For instance, our company needs to deal with special orders such as customer requests with additional requirements or charges in some cases. In these cases, our staff especially look forward to possibilities and connecting with respected product owners of drop shippers to fulfill the requirement successfully. [ CITATION MAT20 \l 4105 ] Companies with fraudulent managers are more often than not plagued by a toxic environment in an organization. Managers that don't mind accepting bribes, altering sales data and details, or pressing employees or business associates for "favors" (personal or financial) will treat their personnel with contempt and harassment. Although not all ethical transgressions are as severe as those that make the news, all ethical violations are wrong. Consider what you value most as a person and professional to guide your response when confronted with an unethical situation or boss.

According to the project manager and the business's CSR, to witness firms undermining societies in the name of economic expansion is all too often. [ CITATION MAT20 \l 4105 ] "This seems to be due to a sense of the urgent growing market, paired with the reality that professionals, from the executive suite to the project manager, are separated from the world and believe "the question is too big for me to help other people.".

CSR integration into Corporate Goals

Businesses have pros and cons when dealing with social and societal implications in daily supply chain activities and particular circumstances. Corporations and the communities serve inextricably linked. Companies always require stable societies and platforms to obtain the best outcome and provide facilities to our citizens. As a result of this social engagement, employees will be compelled to contribute to the larger picture. Clients will be more loyal to your brand if your company's values are similar to their own.
