Description

Gastón Acurio was born on October 30th in 1967 in Lima, Peru. He is an cook and entrepreneur but he is famous for restaurant Astrid & Gaston in Peru and net international of franchises culinary in others countries. Gaston has four sisters, their names are Maria Cecilia Acurio, Lucia Acurio, Maria Eugenia Acurio and Maria Beatriz Acurio. He got married to the chef Astrid Gutsche in 1991. They have two daughter, Kiara Acurio and Ivalu Acurio. He speaks two languages the English and French, he is author of two book on cook as Peru a Adventure Culinary and 500 years of fusion. He studied Cordon Bleu from Paris when he was young. He began cooking when he was 24. He made his first big restaurant in 1994. It was very popular in other countries in 2000. The he went to Spain at the age of 20. He was in a lot of countries and he has several restaurants in Latino America. He won a Global Gastronomy Award 2013 by lead the movement gastronomic Peruvian.
