Not following a diet according to my body type, weight, muscle mass, digestive system, etc.

Avoid junk food at parties or occasional outings.

Go to a nutritionist for guidance and options to help me achieve my goal, while remaining consistent and disciplined in terms of meals and exercise.

Since I only exercise 2 hours a day all week but without stopping eating junk food.
