Andres Juniors Siesquen Malma I am Andres Juniors Siesquen Malma, I am an industrial engineer, and my daily routine is: In the morning I get up early to go to work, since the company has a designated schedule and I have to arrive on time. What is the company where I am working? Well, the company is called CIMA PLUS, that multidisciplinary company that covers different fields in which one can work. It is active in the electrical fields, telecommunications, new projects, and new technologies, among others. What I do as an engineer and the position I have is as a production supervisor and plant manager in the company. In the afternoons there is a time that is to have lunch, then at the end of the time, I get home for dinner, until the next day to do the same again. In my spare time I research and update myself to be aware of the new technology and use it for the company and have better performance.

I wake up at 6:30 am with a little sleep. I take a shower at 7:15.
