Assignment 2: Peer Feedback and Team Dynamics Assessment GNG 1103 – Engineering Design Faculty of Engineering – University of Ottawa Objective: To provide your project team with individualized performance feedback in order to improve team effectiveness and to address team conflicts. Instructions: This assignment must be completed in two parts. Their due dates will be separated by a week: 2.1 ITP Metrics peer feedback and team dynamics assessment (online survey) On your own and without interference from any member of your team: 

You should receive an email informing you that the “GNG1103 - PEER FEEDBACK AND TEAM DYNAMICS (term, year)” assessment has started.



Click on the link in the email or go to https://www.itpmetrics.com/ and sign in using your uOttawa email address. If you have been using your personal email address so far, you will need to create a new account.



On the “Main Menu”, click on the link to take the “GNG1103 - PEER FEEDBACK AND TEAM DYNAMICS (term, year)” assessment.



Complete the peer feedback and team dynamics assessment before the end date of the assessment.



If you do not complete this portion of the assignment by the end date of the assessment, you will not be able to complete the second portion of this assignment and will therefore receive a grade of zero on this assignment.

2.2 ITP Metrics peer feedback and team dynamics assessment (answer to questions in both PDF reports) 

Once all team members have completed the assessment, you will receive another email indicating that your peer feedback and team dynamic reports have been generated.



Go to https://www.ipmetrics.com/ and sign in using your uOttawa email address.



Download both fillable PDF reports related to this assessment.



In the peer feedback report, fill in ALL the designated areas on each page directly in the fillable PDF except the “Team Debrief” section (this will be done as a team later) and print your report containing your answers as a PDF.



In the team dynamics report, fill in ALL the designated areas on each page directly in the fillable PDF and print your report containing your answers as a PDF.

Submission: The online assessment must be completed by the end date of the assessment. Submit both the filled out peer feedback and team dynamics reports as a printed PDFs by uploading them as attachments in one submission into Blackboard. The submission must be done individually.
