Overview of the Organization Introduction of the organization

Learnovate Ecommerce was formed with a vision to set a new standard in the software service. In the world of software industry where clients are always annoyed with amateur and irresponsible dealings, we are providing the guarantee of professional and global standard service and support. We have a team of highly skilled and motivated IT professionals who are always ready to deliver the tailor made product that will fit for business. We maintain the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proper documentation to ensure the quality of the product and transparency. Learnovate Ecommerce closely follows the matrix organizational structure. In this type of structure, people with similar skills are assigned to appropriate tasks. Each employee under this structure may be under one or more supervisors in different projects which will best serve the organization. For example, in a matrix organization, all engineers may be assigned to different projects and work under different managers, but depending on circumstances, they may work in the same project and report to the same project manager. Additionally, Learnovate Ecommerce is a flat organization. In this type, few, or no level exists between employee and their manager. As a result, skilled employees can more easily pose their opinions and can be involved in the decision making process. Each team is led by a project manager Vision is to be one of the world's most advanced offshore facilities in studio services and software development in the advertising & marketing arena. Our goal is to achieve supreme quality in our techniques of work because we believe it is the key to earn our clients’ enthusiasm through continuous improvement driven by the honor, goodwill, teamwork and innovation of our people. Moreover, if the internship period is within the bachelor program and the students have to return to academia after completing it, the skills that they have developed

during the internship help them to gain a more sound academic result. After returning from internship the students prepare themselves for the company and their future career. Pune University provides that glorious opportunity to their students of having an internship within their bachelor program. I am one of the lucky ones to study in SPPU to complete my internship. With a jab count of zero, I joined Learnovate Ecommerce. as an intern on 4th October 2021. The expectations were high and now almost nearing the end of my internship I must admit that it was really a wonderful experience. I was lucky to get the opportunity to complete my industrial attachment at Learnovate Ecommerce. Since Learnovate Ecommerce is a leading Website design and software company and online venture to severe pre-owned, second hand books & study equipment. I consider myself timely to get a chance to take a deep look at their development methodology, working models, deals and industrial behavior. I intended to look into the software industry and how it looks like, what are their rules, responsibility and environment. Obviously they work with almost every platform and technologies. I worked with the part of Web Development team and generated ideas based on their development technology. The journey wasn’t that simple. There were many obstacles, new technologies that I have to handle, yet after overcoming each challenge I had discovered a new potential within myself. The skills that I have gathered are priceless to me and I cannot wait to apply those in the upcoming semesters. In addition to that, some of the non-technical skills that I have procured, combined with those technical skills will certainly prove handy in my future jobs. India is making quick progress in the IT industry. There are many mentionable IT organizations in India who have contributed significantly to the rise of the IT sector in India and Learnovate Ecommerce is one of them. In principle, Learnovate Ecommerce is one of the software firms. Objectives This report has been prepared as a requirement of the internship program of the degree Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Department. The report will definitely enrich the knowledge of the students from upcoming batches regarding the workplace environment. Using that knowledge they may prepare themselves appropriately for their future internships. In order to make the report as perfect as possible I here used data collection procedures which articulate the way that I have followed in my report. For this report, information has been gathered from both primary and secondary sources. For primary data, several face-to-face interviews have been conducted with officials from different departments of Learnovate Ecommerce Information provided by them has been very important for this report.

To understand different software methodology, software quality assurance, Agile Model, Scrum Process and many other data have been gathered from the internet and different articles and the sources have been given in the references part. In addition to that, the report is intended to reflect my achievements, project works and professional growth during the intern period. Motivation People sometimes become a bit dubious when deciding whether or not to take an internship. Often, when freshly graduating you lack enough experience to get a fulltime permanent job, so internships, apprenticeships, and work experience are your only options. However, we need to stop looking at these negatively and think of everything we can gain from internships and work placements. They are often the best option for you because you want to get a feel for work without being thrown into the deep end straight away and this provides you with the opportunity to learn and grow. You lack experience and this is the only way to get it. The best experience comes from internships because you get to do a bit of everything! You get to see and experience the different roles that people play in certain companies and see working life from different perspectives. This is good to take into the working world with you because

at times, you will be asked to do various tasks involving different elements of the company. This way, you would have already had a go at things and understood how to multitask. An internship allows you to take time to understand your role, tasks, and the industry. Internships want you to leave knowing more than you came with, and this is most likely the outcome. Take this opportunity to understand each task you are given and every new tool you use. Write things down, ask questions and do things repeatedly to make sure you are doing everything with 100% effort. You can learn from the best during an internship. People will be watching over you and working closely with you on projects so that you have someone to look up to and a goal to work towards. Perhaps you will learn new skills from these people and new things about the industry and life that you didn’t know before. Communication and interaction are key so ask plenty of questions and don’t be afraid to propose new ideas! You can try out new skills and tools without the pressure of being wrong. Internships are a time to experiment, and people who hire you for that internship know that. They expect you to learn from your mistakes and use this as motivation to get better at the things you were not so great at before! Take these new ideas and skills to your next job and find a way to incorporate them into any tasks you are given. Whether it be public speaking, giving presentations, or simply suggesting new ideas, internships will build your confidence which allows you to grow as both a worker and a person. Confidence is key because if you don’t believe in yourself…who will? There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance, so make sure you don’t cross it because no one likes an arrogant worker! Internships will help you to build confidence through practice which will also help in your personal growth. After all, practice makes perfect! Internships are usually for 3-6 months. This allows you to get a feel for different industries in a small period of time. If you spend 3 months in PR then 3 months in marketing, you get to know the difference in content, how they work and why they work.
