According to the website of the Iser Caribe organization, we can clearly see that how they are involving themselves to save the oceans and people from different types of diseases followed by the problems occurred. This website is a useful source because it shows us where the water is getting polluted and how it can be resolved or in what ways these problems can be addressed. As future engineers I am interested to research on this website so that I could understand how other engineers are working to address these problems, how they are using things which doesn’t waste anything and can provide its people the benefits. The organization worked hard for saving the ocean from getting polluted. They gave the community a device which can supply fresh 5000 gallons of water for drinking, the device purifies the water and makes it safer to drink. Their goal of using this device was to eliminate the use of plastic bottles which are dumped into the ocean. They also gave the people a solar powered torch with radio so that people can stay away from the use of batteries. As we all know the Caribbean is a rainy climate area, it sweeps away everything when rainfall occurs and gathers everything in the ocean. The organization also made gardens on the sea edges so that the pollutants doesn’t reach the ocean. So, as a student I think that Iser Caribe organization did a very good job and their transition in technologies produced less garbage which grabbed my attention. I felt happy doing a research on their website....
