IPO Chart Two ISYS2056 Business Information Systems Bill and Huang want to ensure that Brokers are paid their base commissions correctly. Commissions are paid as a percentage of the sales commission/revenue received by Morita of each loan. The rate differs depending on the type of loan (Commercial Home. Motor Vehicle or Personal Loan) settled shown as in Table 1. The relevant percentage is then applied to the sales commission/revenue received by Morita Loans. The owners have also decided to reward staff who have sold single loans that have a settlement value of $1M and above, by paying the broker a $150 bonus for each such loan. The special bonus will show $150 for any loan sales of $1M or more. For each accounting period Morita needs to be aware of the total amounts paid as standard and bonus commissions to Brokers
