For the Unknown Area, ask them to share some thoughts or insights on untapped potential you might have that have yet to fully emerge. When all the sessions are complete, write down three (3) things you learned about yourself. You will turn in all four (4) completed sheets and the three (3) things you learned about yourself. Three (3) things that I learned about myself include: 1. After having three people complete the activity with me there is a lot that I have learned about myself. First and foremost, most people see me as an extrovert who is very outspoken and can talk to anyone about anything. While typically I am a man of very few words this characteristic was very surprising to learn. 2. The second thing I learned about myself is that I am overly hard on myself. People tend to notice that I am a perfectionist and want things to be done to the best of its ability and if it is not or if I make a mistake then I consider myself a failure. I learned that I need to cut myself some slack and enjoy the things I am doing rather than taking everything so serious.
3. The last thing I learned is perhaps the most important thing. Although I am very kind and put everyone else before myself people use these qualities against me. More times than not to not feel so lonely I will agree to help people with anything they ask me to do in hopes of restoring or creating a friendship. However, I have learned that I am often taken advantage of and rather than learning from the past I continue to help people at the expense of my own well-being. Other observations:...
